I was first diagnosed with Borderline (BPD), Social Anxiety, and moderate Depression in 2020/21. Later again, around 2023 or 2024.

A lot of that was probably due to the time when I was homeless, drinking a lot of alcohol and taking drugs.

It's a hard way out of it. I'm not in treatment yet, but at least I'm registered for it. And I've stopped drinking alcohol.

"Cero Miedo" is wrestler Penta's catchphrase. It's Spanish and means something like "Zero Fear".

It might sound silly to others, but wrestling and the characters give me a feeling that I can achieve anything. That's why I expanded his catchphrase to "Cero miedo. Si ellos pueden volar, al menos yo puedo caminar." - which means something like "Zero fear. If they can fly, then at least I can walk.".

It refers to my favorite wrestlers, most of whom are highflyers. If they can manage such acrobatics in the ring, then I can at least manage to keep moving forward..
